These terms govern your use of this website and The Wayfinder. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site. Paid engagements are governed by their own contract, agreed in writing before any work starts, and nothing here changes it.

What this site is, and is not
This site describes what Isochrone Consulting does and publishes our thinking on getting AI into production. It is written in good faith and kept current, but it is general information, not professional advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
Nothing here should be acted on as advice for your specific situation. Your organisation’s circumstances, obligations and risk appetite are not known to us until we have discussed them, which is what a scoping call is for. If you need advice you can rely on, ask us for it, or ask someone else.
The Scorecard
The AI Readiness Scorecard is an indicative self-assessment. It is scored from the answers you give, on your own device, against a fixed model. It is a prompt for a better conversation, not an audit, not a certification, and not a statement about your organisation’s actual risk or readiness. Do not present its output as an independent assessment, and do not make a decision of consequence on it alone.
The newsletter
Subscribing to The Wayfinder is free and stays free. We may change its content, cadence, format or name, and we may stop publishing it. You can unsubscribe from the link in any email, at any time, and we will not ask why. How we handle your email address is set out in our privacy notice.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on this site are indicative, exclusive of VAT unless stated, and may change. Nothing on this site is a quotation. The only binding number is the one written into an engagement contract and agreed by both sides before work begins.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including its writing, the method it describes, and its design, belongs to Isochrone Consulting or is used with permission. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and share links to it freely. Please do not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or use it to train a model, without asking us first. We are usually happy to say yes.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Submit anyone else’s email address to our forms, or a false one.
- Attempt to interfere with the site, work around its rate limits or bot protection, or access anything not intended to be public.
- Scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for anyone else.
- Use the site or the newsletter to send unsolicited commercial messages.
We may block access where any of the above is happening, without notice, and we may keep a record of the block.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do so because the destination was useful when we linked to it. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
Availability
We do not promise that this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Isochrone Consulting is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated saving, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. This section does not apply to a paid engagement, whose liability terms are set out in its own contract.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date above tells you when it last changed materially. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
