Isochrone Consulting is an independent, AI-native consultancy for owner-managed businesses, the ones where decisions get made by the people running them rather than by a committee, and where nobody has an IT department to hand this to.
The pattern is the same almost every time. The business runs on a handful of people who know how everything works, and the repetitive parts of their week, the quoting, the chasing, the checking, the retyping of the same details somewhere else, quietly eat the time of whoever can least afford to lose it.
Closing that gap gives back more than the hours. Work goes out while the customer is still deciding, less of it comes back to be done twice, and the business can take on more without adding to the admin. We work out which parts can run without anyone touching them, build those, and make sure they are still working a year later.
The firm is led by practitioners who spent 15+ years putting systems into very large organisations, the kind where a badly-owned change costs millions. That is where the judgement comes from. It is not a reason to price like them: most of what those organisations pay for is coordination between departments a smaller business does not have.

The name
An isochrone is a line joining everywhere you can reach in the same amount of time.
Not distance - time. Draw one around a station and you get a wobbly shape, never a circle, because the roads, the rivers and the traffic decide what is actually reachable.
It is drawn from where you are, over the ground you have got. Two organisations the same notional distance from the same outcome have completely different isochrones - one has clear ownership, usable data and a route through governance, and the other has a swamp.
That is the whole job: showing you what is genuinely within reach, and then getting you there.
What we believe
Buying the software is not the same as the work changing.
Setting the thing up is the easy ten per cent. What decides it is the unglamorous part - who owns it, whose job actually changes, what happens the week everyone is flat out, and whether anyone can tell afterwards what it saved. That is the part that gets skipped, and everything we do reinforces that one idea.
Who we work with
UK owner-managed businesses where the admin has grown faster than the business has, and the person best placed to fix it is the one with the least time to. If quotes, invoices and job details are still moved around by hand, and somebody is doing it in the evenings, that is the work we take on.

You get one senior person who stays with it, not a team you have never met. The work is quoted before it starts and the number does not move unless you change what you asked for. The ongoing support is a monthly fee instead, and you can stop it whenever you like.
